Terms of Service

Terms governing use of kruza.ro and any service ordered from Andrei Kruza.

These Terms govern your use of kruza.ro ("the Site") and any consulting, development, or product service ordered from Andrei Kruza ("the Service").

1. The site

The Site is published from Romania. Browsing the Site is free. By using the Site you accept these Terms.

2. Engagements

Any specific engagement (website, web/mobile app, custom software, audit, customization) is governed by a separate written quote or contract signed by both parties. These Terms apply only where the separate quote is silent.

3. Quotes and payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms are stated on the quote. Default terms: 50% on start, 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days of the corresponding invoice.
  • Late payments may incur statutory interest under Romanian law.

4. Deliverables and IP

  • Source code and assets I create for you are licensed to you on full payment.
  • I retain a non-exclusive right to reuse generic components, libraries, and patterns that are not specific to your business.
  • Third-party components and assets keep their original licenses.

5. Kruza Themes

Kruza Themes are sold via themes.kruza.ro under their own license terms shown at checkout. In short: a license covers the number of production sites stated on the tier you bought (Single = 1, Bundle = up to 5, Lifetime = unlimited). Resale or sub-licensing of the source files is not permitted.

6. Warranty and liability

I deliver the Service with reasonable skill and care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement during the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Site and any Kruza Themes product are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with me during an engagement is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties unless I have your written permission or am legally required to disclose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the other party fails to cure the breach within 14 days of written notice. On termination, you pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
